Polymer diffusion welding machine for busbar processing

The special welding machine for soft copper strip is a polymer diffusion welding equipment specially used for welding soft connection of copper strip or related metal products.

The equipment is non-standard, which is customized according to customer needs or products that need to be processed. The main technical contents are as follows:

 Power system configuration:

1. Traditional single-phase transformer.

Advantages: simple structure, relatively low cost;

Disadvantages: single-phase load, high-power load has impact on the power grid,

it is generally recommended to use the welding machine below 120KW;

2. Three-phase secondary rectifier.

Advantages: dc power supply, output impedance is small, size and power are appropriate;

Disadvantages: complex structure, relatively high cost.

3. Inverter type variable frequency power supply.

Advantage, can meet the market demand for common power, power factor is high, harmless to the power grid, accurate control.

 Configuration of pressure mechanism

1. Four-column pressure mechanism.

Advantages, high strength, good precision;Defects for special workpiece welding inconvenience, such as long and wide pieces;

2. C-type pressure mechanism, similar to c-type punch structure, with no two columns on the operating surface, making it more convenient to weld long and wide parts;

(note: both configurations can be hydraulic or pneumatic.)

Four, power size selection: the commonly used 80KW, 100KW, 150KW, 200KW, 250KW, 300KW, other specifications can also be customized according to the customer.

Power according to the customer often produce product specifications matching, not the bigger the better.

1. Infrared temperature measurement without contact, with high accuracy, ranging from 400 ℃ to 1200 ℃;

2. Set welding process parameters, especially for mass production products with stable quality;

3. Protective alarm for equipment overload and component overheating;3 d finite element analysis of the pressure mechanism, durable;

4, configurable touch screen +PLC to achieve a more stable and reliable control system;

5. Stepless adjustment of heating current and pressing pressure can be realized with accurate control;

6. Vacuum nitrogen-filled welding type or sealed nitrogen-filled type can be provided.
