Product Description

Press welding is to press the aluminum foil laminates together, using molecular diffusion welding, through high current heating pressure welding molding. Butt welding.

Instructions for pressure welding
To ensure the smoothness of the contact surface,
When A is bigger than 90 mm and B is bigger than 60 mm, the pressure welding process of contact surface bonded copper plate (1 mm thick) is adopted. See diagram (I) scheme.
When the A is greater than 140mm and B is greater than 130mm, the brazing process is shown in the plan (II).
